We smoked everything, ribs, chicken, even vegies, but now I have to watch my calories, and all that nonsense so the smoker has to go. What a pain it is getting older, oh well. Anyways, this is a little rusty, but I cleaned it and I have a new replacement top rack, and the temp guage should probably be replaced so it is a project, but it is a lot of fun and it is priced to go!! | |
